The BCNU association supports in particular small and micro enterprises on their way, in their corporate organization, to install and to integrate processes and procedures with the aim of making the company one hand sustainable and additionally to be organized more effectively. Particular attention is paid to ensuring that even the smallest business get introduced (such as single entrepreneurs) to measures which are applicable from both:
- the cost side,
- and by by the practical application which also can be implemented here.
In this very special focus are the instruments at the center, which take effect in the daily business of the company, thus supporting the / the entrepreneur in their daily work. Of course, the club also promotes the social aspect among its members - particularly in
- matching events
- to get to know to each other better and so to promote the social structure of relationships among the members.
You do not need to be an entrepreneur to assist us in our work for sustainability. Even organizations and individuals can be a member of the BCNU. In particular, we address students who, beyond their membership, also have the opportunity to become involved in sustainability projects. In consultation with the respective university, bachelor's and master's theses are also possible.
An upcycling project in Vienna
An example of a sustainable project is the upcycling sector of VSS - Vienna Stuck Schmuck.
VSS - Vienna Stuck Jewelry is a platform that offers artisanal artists joint marketing. In particular, we're developing upcycling projects to make a contribution to sustainability by creating beautiful things. Currently working with GP-ASL to give a second life to cigarette and other packaging.
